ARTIST PROFILE

Ayaansh Karan Rupani is a 10 year old budding artist who lives and studies in Bengaluru, India. His colorful paintings are inspired by distinctive aspects of his personality - joy and peace. Through his paintings he tries to express the spirit of tranquility.
From a young age Ayaansh has been inclined towards art and showed interest in sketching and painting when he was 4 years old. His parents noticed his interest and took guidance from the
National award winner N S Kumbar who tutored him and further developed his abilities. They now maintain an Instagram account to display his work and continue to encourage him. He loves pencil sketching and acrylic colors with a particular interest in landscapes and scenes of nature. Concentration and calm are qualities that help him excel in his work. Patience is a virtue that he possesses and it is this quality that has been key in his journey. He strives for perfection in his endeavors and this reflects in the details in his art work.
Ayaansh says he likes painting because 'it's easy' and it 'chills me out', but his relaxed attitude to his artwork belies a fierce ambition.
